The team was comprised of six people: Lia Long (Client Manager), Adrianna Rivera (Lead Strategist), Annie Weisbecker (Project Manager), Katie Clemson (Production Manager & Technologist), Devon Ralston (Design Manager), and Liam Ashburner (Event Planner)

Design Process

Project Manager

As the project manager, my position was to make sure all deliverables were completed by their deadline. I came up with a scheduling system that was easy for everyone to follow in FigJam. To divide tasks equally, I created the “Chore Chart,” which has a spot for each team member to know what they are working on, and the team can see what others are completing. I focused heavily on color coding, so that it was easy to know where we were in the month and the weeks.

Along with being a Project Manager, all the team members split the design work evenly. Two of the main projects I tackled within Connect was Wayfinding, and the Illustration Sneakpeaks for the Tyler Design & Illustration Instagram Account.
